Amphenol FCI RotaConnect Board-to-Board & Wire-to-Board Connectors

Amphenol FCI RotaConnect Board-to-Board (BTB) and Wire-to-Board (WTB) Connectors are UL94V0 certified, RoHS compliant, and have self-guided features that prevent the connectors from mismating and assure correct counterpart positioning. The RotaConnect connectors offer a locating peg option that simplifies positioning even in manual assembly conditions. The RotaConnect board-to-board and wire-to-board connectors have a hold-down option ensuring better retention on the PCB. These connectors operate at a maximum current rating of 5A and a voltage rating of 125V, making them ideal for use in a variety of applications including automotive lighting, channel lettering, control boards, and rigid LED strips.

The RotaConnect board-to-board connectors feature hermaphroditic “mates to itself” design enabling mating at any angle between +90° and -60°, allowing the connectors to be placed anywhere on the PCB. The RotaConnect wire-to-board connectors feature a dual beam contact that ensures reliable connection and the locating pegs enable these wire-to-board connectors to mate horizontally with board-to-board connectors.
