Honeywell Nanopower Magnetoresistive Sensor ICs

Honeywell Nanopower Magnetoresistive (MR) Sensor ICs are ultra-sensitive devices that respond to either a North or South pole applied in a direction parallel to the sensor. The Nanopower MR sensor ICs do not require the magnet polarity to be identified, which simplifies installation and potentially reduces system cost. These sensor ICs have a very low average current consumption and a push-pull output that does not require a pull-up resistor. The Nanopower sensor ICs operate at a supply voltage range from 1.65VDC to 5.5VDC and a temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. These Nanopower Magnetoresistive sensor ICs can operate at a maximum current output of 5mA and are suitable for various consumer electronics, industrial, and medical applications.
