KEMET High Voltage C0G Dielectric MLCCs
KEMET High Voltage C0G Dielectric Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) feature low ESR with negligible capacitance shift with respect to temperature. These high voltage C0G Dielectric MLCCs are available in different grades such as commercials grade and automotive grade. The C0G Dielectric MLCCs offer exceptional performance at high frequencies with no piezoelectric noise. These high voltage MLCCs can operate in the temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum voltage rating of up to 3000V for automotive grade and 10000V for commercial grade. KEMET high voltage C0G Dielectric MLCCs are used in switch mode power supplies, high voltage coupling, lighting ballasts, voltage multiplier circuits, and DC blocking.
