High-Reliability TVS Diodes are designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning surges and other transient voltage events. They have been specially screened and sorted for use in DC line protection for applications that demand high reliability. They are well-suited for DC power protection and ESD protection in aviation electronics (avionics). In addition to these off-the-shelf components, customizable upscreening and sorting flow solutions are available to meet specialized requirements of aerospace, military, industrial and medical applications.
