Murata Power Solutions NXE2 Series Isolated 2W Single Output SM DC-DC Converters are surface-mount devices with a MSL rating of 2 and are compatible with a peak reflow solder temperature of 260°C as per J-STD-020. The NXE2 converters offer increased product reliability and repeatability of performance in a halogen-free, iLGA-inspectable package.
