Murata SMD MGJ2 series DC-DC Converters for Industrial

The SMD MGJ2 series developed for supplying optimised positive and negative voltages suitable for gate drivers for IGBT/MOS & SiC.  With low ultra low isolation capacitance to reduce CMTI and signal clipping in high switching speed applications.

The SMD MGJ2 series has characterised partial discharge performance and CMTI >200kV/µs and features a continuous Isolation Barrier withstand voltage of up to 2.5kV.
