Omron G3VM-xxMT Series MOSFET Relay Modules
OMRON G3VM-xxMT Series MOSFET Relay Modules are equipped with a T-switch function to achieve fA-level minimal leakage current and contribute to measuring performance equivalent to conventional reed relays. The G3VM-xxMT series MOSFET relay modules assist in the reduction of the mounting space on the printed circuit board with a small package. G3VM-xxMT MOSFET relay modules can operate at a temperature ranging from -40°C to +110°C.
