EPCOS P27 NTC Inrush Current Limiters

EPCOS P27 Series NTC Inrush Current Limiters (ICLs) are designed to limit the current at turn-on by high resistance when they are cold. The P27 ICLs come with a nominal disk diameter of 27mm, a lead space of 7.5mm, and terminals that are solderable in accordance with IEC60068-2-20. These P27 ICLs feature a black-coated thermistor disk, flame retardant UL94V-0 coating material, and tinned copper wire kinked leads. EPCOS P27 NTC ICLs offer maximum power (at 25°C) of 10W and a resistance tolerance of ±20%. Ideally, P27 ICLs are used in soft-start motors, in switch-mode power supplies, welding and plasma-cutting equipment, and large electric motors.
