Yageo’s automotive grade, high precision, high stability thin film chip resistors offer case sizes from 0402 to 1206, resistance range of 10Ω - 1MΩ, tolerance of ±0.1%, ±0.25%, ±0.5%, ±1% and low TCR of ±15, ±25 and ±50 ppm/°C, with power rating: 1/16 W – 1/4 W. It featured highly reliable electrode construction, biased humidity 85°C/85 RH%, temperature cycling ±1%, and anti-FOS: ± 4% (ASTM, 105°C, 750 hours).
