What are the Standard Shipping Conditions?

TTI ships with UPS. The freight cost is based on one box up to 5kg, shipping with UPS standard or UPS Express-Saver, depending on UPS-Service availability in your country. If you require a special shipping method, use the Note field to give us your request. Please note - additional charges may apply for priority freight.

In certain situations, due to weight or volume generated at the point of shipping, TTI may need to contact the customer as the service and the freight cost may vary. Also, we can bill shipping charges to your carrier account. See that topic below.

Can I have the Shipping Cost Billed to my Account Number (Freight Collect)?

Yes, you can, if your delivery and invoice addresses are identical.

Please open the note field for that line and enter the following data:

• Forwarder name
• Your account number at the forwarder
• Forwarder contact data in Germany

Even though you might see an estimated shipping charge on the Order Review and Receipt pages, you will not receive that charge. Please be aware that your shipment will be delayed if the information you provide is incorrect.
