The following statement explains the TTI Europe policy regarding the personal information we collect about you.

From time to time, you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (eg name and email address etc) in order to receive or use services on our website. Such services include newsletters and competitions. By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable TTI Europe to provide you with the services you select. Submitting personal information
When you supply any personal information to TTI Europe (eg for competitions, personalised services) we have legal obligations towards you in the way we deal with that data. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you use the service you have requested, and remove it in the event that the purpose has been met, or, in the case of a personalised service, such as "Newsletter subscription", you no longer wish to continue your registration. If you wish to be removed from our subscription list, we will respond to your request within 14 days. Where personal information is held for people who are not yet registered but have taken part in other TTI Europe services (eg competitions), that information will be held only as long as necessary to ensure that the service is run smoothly. We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with the European Data Protection Act 1998. Data is stored securely by 3Squared Llp on behalf of TTI Europe.
Access to your personal information and withdrawal
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information TTI Europe holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. Please address requests to the European Data Protection Officer (email: firstname.lastname@example.org). The user has at any time the right to explicitly withdraw this consent either in writing or via email@example.com without having to present any reason. By doing so the relevant user accepts that some or all functions and/or services of this website including the shop might not be available for such user anymore.
Direct marketing and user surveys
As TTI Europe's services expand, there will be more opportunities to enhance the services provided to you. From time to time we may send you details of other TTI Europe services and products that may be of interest to you and offer you the opportunity to subscribe to them. We may also offer you the opportunity to participate in surveys, carried out by the TTI Europe or its agents, that help our research into the types of service we offer. TTI Europe will keep a record of information provided by you. Please note that any information you provide to TTI Europe will only be used within TTI Europe. We do not rent or sell or otherwise commercially provide third parties with our mailing lists. Only TTI, Inc., one of our subsidiaries or affiliated companies or one of our authorized partners will contact you with regards to TTI, Inc. products or related services. Authorized partners shall be selected at our sole discretion.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, product drawings, etc., is the property of TTI Europe Ltd, and is protected by UK copyright laws. Any use of the content on this site, without express written permission, is strictly prohibited.
When you enter a site your computer will automatically be issued with a Cookie. Cookies are text files which identify your computer to our server. Cookies in themselves do not identify the individual user, just the computer used. Many sites do this whenever a user visits their site, in order to track traffic flows.

If the user decides to enter our website via mobile device and has activated location-based services, we reserve the right to collect information about the user's current location and geo-coordinates and geo-targeting data as well as the kind of mobile device in use. We hereby inform you that most of the mobile devices provide the possibility to disconnect from location-based services or to deactivate those. In case of any question regarding the setting of user's mobile device the producer or network provider should be contacted. We reserve the right to provide applications for mobile devices in the future and might include the privacy statements and consents given by the user during the download process into this privacy statement.
