KYOCERA AVX SM and CH/CV Style Stacked SMPS Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX SM and CH/CV Stacked Ceramic Switch Mode Power Supply Capacitors are the ideal electrical energy storage devices due to their high capacitance/voltage product and extremely low ESR and ESL. The SM-style capacitors offer COG (Class I) and X7R (Class II) type dielectrics and temperature-compensated N1500 dielectrics characterized by a very low dissipation factor. The CH/CV radial chip assemblies feature PME technology that exhibits high current handling capabilities and uses various lead frame types that reduces the thermomechanical stresses. These capacitors have a 200% rated voltage and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The SM and CH/CV SMPS capacitors are an ideal choice for filtering, snubbers, high current repetitive discharge, and decoupling circuit applications.
