Littelfuse CPC2501M Solid State Relays
Littelfuse IXYS CPC2501M Solid State Relays are high-performance, voltage-controlled, normally closed relays designed for reliable switching in various applications. These relays offer a load voltage rating of 60V and a continuous load current of 1.84A and feature fast turn-on times of up to 170ms and a maximum on-resistance of 600mW at 25°C. The CPC2501M solid state relays are encased in a compact 6mm x 6mm thermally enhanced QFN package and ensure efficient operation across a temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. Typical applications include building automation, door chime bypass, and Internet of Things (IoT).
