Littelfuse SC24COM-01ETG Series Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diodes
Littelfuse SC24COM-01ETG Series Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diodes offer superior protection against Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) for electronic equipment using silicon avalanche technology. These TVS diodes show high resilience, capable of enduring repetitive ESD strikes of up to ±30kV, encompassing both contact and air discharge, per IEC 61000-4-2 standards, without any compromise in performance. The 24V bidirectional TVS diodes can operate within the temperature range from -40°C to +125°C with a peak current of 5A. These diodes are useful in LED lighting modules, portable instrumentation, portable I/O, and mobile or handheld devices.
