Toshiba TLX9910 Series Photocouplers
Toshiba TLX9910 Series Photocouplers contains an infrared light emitting diode (LED) and a photodiode array in a compact SO6 package. These devices provide consistent and synchronized signals and ensure effective communication between the input (LED) and output (photodiode array). The TLX9910 can efficiently transmit control signals or data between different electrical circuits while providing electrical isolation. These photocouplers offer a minimum open voltage of 13.5V and a minimum short current of 8μA. The TLX9910 series photocouplers find use in applications where high voltage differentials or noise could interfere with signal integrity.
