TT Electronics TJC Series Thermal Jumper Chips

TT Electronics TJC Series Thermal Jumper Chips are designed to provide a thermally conductive pathway with electrical isolation and are used as a thermal management solution for cooling PCB hotspot areas. These thermal jumper chips offer low thermal resistance that keeps electronic assemblies cooler and enhances product reliability. TJC chips feature a maximum thermal resistance of 15°C/W and a maximum thermal conductance of 278mW/°C. Typical applications include power amplifiers, power supplies, laser diode cooling, and enhancing thermal stability.
