Piher Sensing Systems HCSP and HCSO Current Sensors

Amphenol Piher Sensing Systems HCSO and HCSP families of automotive open loop hall effect current sensors are designed for accurate measurement of AC and DC currents. The HCSO-1W sensor features a dual channel design with high and low currents and provides a simple or redundant analog ratiometric output. These sensors measure current values from ±25A to ±1000A and operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.

The HCSP-1BS sensor mounts on a busbar and generates a simple analog ratiometric output. These sensors measure current values from ±200A to ±1500A and operate within the same temperature range as the HCSO-1W. Both sensors utilize non-intrusive technology, ensuring minimal disruption to the conductor. Typical applications include automotive battery management systems, motor control applications, and other environments requiring precise current measurement.
