KYOCERA AVX COTS-Plus Wet Tantalum Capacitors
KYOCERA AVX COTS-Plus Wet Tantalum Capacitors are designed with a hermetic seal, protecting internal components from moisture and contaminants. COTS-Plus tantalum capacitors with their compact design facilitate easy integration into the circuit boards. The COTS-Plus wet tantalum capacitors, comprising TWA, TWC, and TWM variants, offer voltage ranges from 15V to 125V, 6V to 125V, and 25V to 125V, respectively. These tantalum capacitors offer an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and a tolerance of ±10% and ±20%. Typical applications include aerospace, defense electronics, and energy storage systems.
