JAE MX80 Waterproof Automotive In-line Connectors
JAE MX80 Series Waterproof Automotive In-line Connectors are miniature scale 0.64mm tab size connectors that feature high electrical performance with a wide range of applicable wire sizes from 0.13mm² to 1.0mm². The MX80 connectors meet LV214 and USCAR-2 standards, tested to be IPX7/IPX9K waterproof, and offer good ingress protection. MX80 automotive connectors have Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) on both pin and socket housings that enable the detection of incomplete terminal insertion, and the integrated brackets on these connectors support chassis fastening vehicle clips. These MX80 in-line connectors feature an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 500VAC. Typical applications include body sensors, interior/exterior lighting, peripheral devices, side-view mirrors, and sunroof modules.
