Littelfuse 1.5SMC Series TVS Diodes
Littelfuse 1.5SMC Series Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS) Diodes are designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The 1.5SMC TVS diodes offer a low-profile package and incremental surge resistance with excellent clamping capability. These 1.5SMC TVS diodes can operate at a temperature ranging from -65°C to +150°C. 1.5SMC TVS diodes support fast response time typically less than 1.0ps from 0V to BV min and offer excellent clamping capability. Typical applications include telecom, computer, industrial, consumer electronics, I/O interfaces, and VCC buses.
