Littelfuse 1200V Trench XPT IGBTs with Sonic Diodes

Littelfuse 1200V Trench Series eXtreme-light Punch Through (XPT) Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs) with Sonic Diodes are made for low switching losses with high power density. These IGBTs have a low gate drive requirement and a positive thermal coefficient. The Trench XPT IGBTs feature an operating temperature range from -55°C to +175°C and a continuous gate-emitter voltage of ±20V. Typical applications include motor drives, power inverters, welding machines, and battery chargers.
