Littelfuse eFuse Protection ICs

Littelfuse eFuse Protection ICs integrate multiple protection features into a compact package for DC power systems. These ICs offer overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, and reverse current protection using internal FETs and fast response circuitry. The eFuse ICs offer a wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 24V and a maximum input/output voltage of 30VDC. These devices come with a continuous current range from 0.6A to 6A and have a maximum on-resistance range from 24mΩ to 50mΩ. Applications include USB ports, HDD/SSD storage, industrial computing, and telecom equipment.
