Littelfuse LTKAK Series High Power TVS Diodes
Littelfuse LTKAK Series High Power TVS Diodes are available in 3 variants- LTKAK3, LTKAK6, and LTKAK10. These diodes offer superior clamping characteristics than other technologies. The diodes can be connected in series and/or parallel to create various capabilities and flexible protection solutions. These diodes operate over a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and a current rating of up to 10kA. LTKAK TVS diodes find application in power grids, cell phone base stations and Industrial Transient Voltage Surge Suppressor (TVSS).
