Littelfuse PolarP Series P-Channel MOSFETs
Littelfuse PolarP Series P-Channel MOSFETs are -500 V, AEC-Q101 qualified MOSFETs, in a TO-252 (DPAK) package. These MOSFETs featured reduced on-state resistance and gate charge requirements. The PolarP MOSFET also features overvoltage ruggedness in a compact TO-252 footprint. It provides improved reliability while offering PCB space savings. These low-package inductance MOSFETs are easy-to-mount and provide significant space savings.
