Littelfuse SJxx25xx Series SCR Thyristors
Littelfuse SJxx25xx Series Silicon-Controlled Rectifiers (SCR) Thyristors are solid-state switches that are normally open circuits, capable of withstanding rated blocking/off-state voltage. The SJxx25xx SCR thyristors have unidirectional switching capability that is used in circuits where high surge currents or latching action is required. These SCR thyristors have a maximum low gate current trigger level of 6mA,10mA, and 35mA at 1.5V. The SJxx25xx SCR thyristors operate over a temperature range from -40°C to +150°C and have an average on-state current rating of 16A. These thyristors are ideal for use in a variety of applications, including converters, inrush current controllers, motor speed controls, phase control in heating, and rectifiers.
