The SESD ultra-low capacitance diode arrays offer packaging options that include the standard 1004 DFN 2.5mm x 1.0mm layout. SESD capacitance diode arrays support the board space-friendly 1103 DFN to minimize trace layout complexity and save significant PCB space. SESD ultra-low capacitance diode arrays set higher standards for signal integrity and usability. These SESD diode arrays can operate at a temperature ranging from -55°C to +125°C.
