Molex KK 254 and KK 396 RPC Connector System

Molex KK 254 and KK 396 Reflow Process Compatible (RPC) Connector System supports a lead-free solder process in a 2.54mm and 3.96mm pitch package. These devices are designed with a high-temperature nylon housing that can withstand temperatures up to +260°C. The KK 254 and KK 396 vertical and right-angle headers with polarized friction lock prevent mismating and ensure secure mating. These RPC connectors mate with any KK 2.54mm and KK 3.96mm housing or PCB receptacle and offer a minimum insulation resistance of 1000MΩ. The KK 254 and KK 396 RPC connector systems are ideal for board-to-board, wire-to-board, signal, and power applications and find use in industries such as automotive, medical, and consumer.
