Molex Spot-On 1.5 and 2.0 Connector System is an SMT potting wire-to-board solution engineered for enhanced process capability and mechanical reliability, providing robust protection against water ingress. These connectors feature a positive inner lock that ensures secure mating retention while preventing wire tangling and latch breakage. The Spot-On 1.5 and 2.0 support an operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C and a maximum voltage rating of 250V. These provide a minimum dielectric withstanding voltage of 800VAC and a minimum insulation resistance of 1000MΩ. Typical applications include home appliances, telecommunications/networking, and medical equipment.
