Molex Super Sabre Power Connector System
Molex Super Sabre Power Connectors are designed for high-current and high-voltage applications and feature a flat-blade terminal with four electrical contact points. This design provides redundant current paths and reduces the risk of fretting corrosion. The connectors support a maximum current of 34A and a maximum voltage of 600V. The connectors come in wire-to-wire and wire-to-board configurations, offering flexibility in design. These connectors feature positive latching and Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) to prevent terminal back-out in high-vibration environments. The terminals are silver-plated and made from a high-conductivity alloy, supporting high-performance connections. The connectors are compatible with lead-free soldering processes and are fully isolated on both mating sides.
