The NXJ2 series with it's ultra low isolation capacitance is ideally suited to gate drive and medical applications where low capacitance is application critical to reduce noise and leakage current.
The NXJ2 series is compatible with a peak reflow solder temperature of 260˚C as per J-STD-020, for high speed automated manufacturing processes.
