Murata 3D Silicon Capacitors utilize a semiconductor MOS process and 3D structures to increase electrode surface area significantly. These capacitors provide high performance in compact packages and offer up to 10 times the reliability of alternative capacitor technologies, making them ideal for demanding systems. The 3D silicon capacitors provide high stability, consistent signal performance across frequencies, and stable voltage characteristics. These devices have a maximum frequency of 100GHz, operate within the temperature range from -55°C to +250°C, and have a maximum insulation resistance of 100GΩ. Typical applications include RF power, automotive, broadband, medical, mobile, and HPC.
