Murata GCD Series Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors

Murata GCD Series Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors are MLSC design chip MLCCs with a 2-element array structure that prevents brief dielectric breakdown. This AEC-Q200 complaint GCD MLCCs consist of 2 elements grouped in 1 capacitor. It is structured in such a way that if 1 capacitor element shorts, the other capacitor element does not short. GCD MLCCs feature a rated voltage range from 16Vdc to 100Vdc and a capacitance range from 1000pF to 0.47μF. Typically, GCD MLCCs are used in battery lines and powertrains for automotive applications.
