The HE series 1FormA high voltage MOSFET relay with 1,500V switching voltage in DIP6 (DIP5) package is optimized for usage in industrial Battery Monitoring Systems (BMS). AQV258H5 offers 5kV I/O isolation and an increased clearance and creepage distance on output side. Typical application is switching HV to LV in battery systems to check proper isolation.
