Samtec AcceleRate Slim Cable Assemblies

Samtec AcceleRate Slim Cable Assemblies use a slim‑profile direct‑attach twinax cable to transmit differential signals at up to 64 Gbps PAM4 (32 Gbps NRZ) speeds. These assemblies pair 34 AWG Eye Speed ultra‑low skew twinax conductors with a 0.635 mm pitch, two‑row connector offering 8, 16, or  24 differential pair configurations, and support PCIe 6.0/CXL 3.2 signaling.

The direct‑attach interface mates with ARF6 sockets on the PCB includes rugged metal latches and shielding and offers reversed polarity pinout options to reduce far‑end crosstalk. These devices measure 7.6mm in width, maintain a 100Ω differential impedance over lengths up to 1m, and operate from -40°C to +125°C. The AcceleRate slim direct attach cable assemblies address high‑density interconnect needs in data centers, server backplanes, and AI/ML accelerator modules.
