Automotive - AQ Series High frequency MLCCs
Yageo automotive grade high frequency AQ series featured with temperature stable NPO dielectrics, of multi-layer ceramic capacitors (MLCC). Range covers size 0603, capacitance range: 0.2pF ~ 100pF with 50V rated voltage. Featuring excellent temperature characteristics and a narrow tolerance of capacitance, the AQ series capacitors apply in-house concept in both material and processing designs. It is typically used in applications with high frequencies from 500MHz to 10GHz. With improved low power consumption for mobile telecommunications, the AQ series has copper inner electrodes that allow for low ESR (Equivalent Serial Resistance), low ESL (Equivalent Serial Inductance), and high SRF (Self Resonant Frequency) in UHF (300MHz-3GHz), SHF(3GHz-30GHz) and microwave frequency bands. -
Automotive - AS Series X7R Soft Termination MLCCs
Yageo automotive grade with soft termination MLCC – AS series is designed for use of automotive equipments that required high board flexibility. This AS series, with continuous quality improvement and assurance, can further solve cracking issues caused by excessive mechanical stress and thermal fatigue. The new AS ranges are class II X7R up to 4.7 micro farad capacitance with case sizes (inch) 0603 to 1210. -
Automotive Grade MLCCs - AC Series
Yageo automotive grade MLCC – AC series is AEC-Q200 qualified as well as MIL-STD-020D test to ensure its reliability under various temperatures (from -55°C to +125°C), humidity (1,000 hours, 85°C/85% RH) conditions and still possess long endurance. The new ranges cover both class I NPO and class II X7R and X8R up to 4.7 micro farad capacitance and 6.3V to 630V rated voltage with case sizes from 0201 to 1812 (inch). These capacitors consist of a rectangular block of ceramic dielectric in which a number of interleaved metal electrodes are contained. The inner electrodes are connected to the two end terminations and covered with a layer of plated tin. The terminations are lead free and all capacitors in the AC series are RoHS compliant. -
