TE Connectivity Heavy Duty Sealed Connector Series

TE Connectivity Heavy Duty Sealed Connector Series (HDSCS) is designed for use in harsh commercial vehicle and off-road conditions. These connectors are constructed of robust UL94 V-0 thermoplastic and include a secondary lock with a poka-yoke mechanism for accurate and secure couplings. The HDSCS offers five housing sizes and four keying options, accommodating 2 to 18 positions and CAN bus architectures. These sealed connectors operate within a temperature range from -40°C to +140°C and feature a voltage rating of up to 60V DC. Typical applications include actuators, switches, fuel level sensors, and hydraulic pumps.
