TE Connectivity PicoMQS Automotive Connector System is a miniaturized solution for robust automotive applications. These connectors reduce component footprint by 55% and packaging weight by 78%, making them highly space efficient. The PicoMQS operates with a 1.27mm pin pitch and supports wires ranging from 0.13mm² to 0.22mm² with a current capacity of 4A at 90°C. These miniaturized components are designed for high-vibration environments, with a maximum temperature rating of 130°C (Sn) and 150°C (Ag). The PicoMQS system features an anti-scooping design, primary and secondary contact locking, and a locking lance design for secure connections. These devices comply with automotive standards, including LV214, and are available in 2 to 10-position side latch housings and headers.
