TE Connectivity SCHRACK SR6nG Force Guided Relays
TE Connectivity's SCHRACK Next Generation SR6nG Force Guided Relays have force-guided contacts that ensure 99% diagnostic coverage. These contacts are immune to voltage peaks and can endure short-circuit currents of up to 450A. The SCHRACK SR6nG force-guided relays provide a minimum contact load of 5V/1mA, enabling direct monitoring through controller input with a delicate monostable magnetic coil system that minimizes heat production. These force-guided relays are used in safety circuits in combination with light curtains, interlock switches, and emergency stop switches to control outputs.
