Vishay DSCC Qualified MLCCs
Vishay DSCC Qualified Surface Mount Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors are high-frequency capacitors with excellent aging characteristics. These capacitors operate over a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and are available in capacitance ranges from 1pF to 100pF (27pF for 05003). The capacitors find applications in satellite and wireless devices.
