Yazaki YPT 9.5mm Connectors

Yazaki YPT 9.5mm Connectors form a contact system designed for high-power connections. These connectors use a  Copper alloy terminal body, a stainless steel spring, and support tin-silver or silver-plated contact variants. The YPT 9.5mm connectors meet mechanical, electrical, and environmental performance requirements tested according to USCAR standards. These connectors operate across a wide temperature range of up to +125°C, support multiple wire cross-sections, and maintain electrical continuity under vibration, thermal cycling, and current loading. Typical applications include high power applications such as steering or cooling.
