Amphenol FCI PwrBlade+ Connectors

Amphenol FCI PwrBlade+ Connectors are next-generation AC/DC power distribution connector systems capable of 192A/linear inch offering higher linear current density and low power loss. The PwrBlade+ connector builds on the PwrBlade connector’s proven technology that includes enhancements to achieve increased performance and density. The PwrBlade+ connectors feature a highly vented housing design that maximizes heat dissipation for effective system cooling. These PwrBlade+ connectors are modularly tooled making them highly configurable in terms of the number and placement of the power and signal contacts for custom power needs. These connectors operate from -40ºC to +125ºC temperature range and the high-power contacts have a current rating of up to 58A per contact.

The PwrBlade+ connectors feature an innovative high-power contact design and housing that allows higher current carrying capability in a more compact package. This high-power contact features an optimized beam design and material property enhancements making them ideal for applications such as datacom/networking equipment, EV charging stations, next-generation 1U/2U servers, storage enclosures, and telecommunications equipment.
