Amphenol Industrial HC Series Power and Signal Connectors

Amphenol Industrial HC Series Power and Signal Connectors integrate power and signal transmission into a single compact housing. These devices support configurations ranging from 16 to 32 pins, combining 6 power and 26 signal circuits in the 32-pin variant. The design features a separable connector body and flange housing to simplify harness assembly and maintenance. These components incorporate reverse mount receptacles, color-coded housings, and enhanced ribs for blind-mating reliability. The HC connectors feature signal contacts rated for 5A (20AWG to 22AWG) and power contacts for 13A (14AWG to 18AWG), with a voltage rating of 3000VDC and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. These devices are designed for high performance in battery management systems, industrial equipment, and Power Distribution Units (PDUs).
