Aptiv CTS Automotive Connectors
Aptiv CTS Series Automotive Connectors are designed to address a wide range of passenger cars and CV applications. These automotive connectors are available in sealed and unsealed variables. The automotive connectors feature ergonomic handling and touching the surface as per the manual mating guidelines of USCAR. The connectors include CTS 1.2 SensoMate, CTS 2.8 sealed, NanoPack CTS Unsealed USCAR, NanoPack CTS Unsealed AK, and NanoPack CTS Sealed AK variants.

CTS 1.2 Sealed:
- Compatible with wire dress back shells (short shroud version)
- Increased sealing performance through a unique 3-rib robust seal design (175°C version)
- Industry-standard 1.2 terminal cavity capability

- Patented Smart Locking System version of the CPA to improve assembly cycle time (short shroud version)

NanoPack CTS Sealed AK:

- Connector Position Assurance (CPA) is optional for the 8W version. Optimized space-saving version without CPA, bottom or top locking latch possible
- Designed for high temperatures and vibration profiles
- Ergonomic handling and touching the surface as per manual mating guideline (USCAR)
- Housings & terminals are designed as per VDA/AK guidelines
NanoPack CTS Unsealed AK:
- According to VDA/AK interface standard S1034801 (1 row) and S1051201 (2 row)
- Centerlines miniaturized interfaces
- CPA (Connector Position Assurance) version is possible for 2-row configurations, like the 20-way which has the outer dimensions of a 22-way without CPA
