KYOCERA AVX Automotive NPO MLCCs for EV Powertrain
KYOCERA AVX Automotive NPO MLCCs for EV Powertrain are AECQ200 qualified with package sizes ranging from 0402 to 1812. They are available from 6.3V to 500V and with dielectrics of NP0, X7R, and X8R.
With vehicle electrification, there is increased demand for high-voltage, high-CV MLCCs in NPO/COG (Class 1) dielectric. Applications are being developed for Battery Management, Inverter, DC/DC Converter, and On-Board Charger.

- Flexiterm, which greatly enhances resistance to thermo-mechanical stress
- Need for higher Cap values in harsh conditions is often only met by using larger case sizes
