KYOCERA AVX TCH Series COTS-Plus Polymer Capacitors are highly reliable SMD low ESR conductive polymer electrodes in hermetically sealed packages. The TCH polymer capacitors come in large case sizes that consist of CTC-21D providing a high capacitance value. These capacitors can withstand humidity and work when exposed to an ambient temperature of +25°C. These TCH capacitors are available in 11.8mm x 12.5mm x 5.8mm (J-leads) and 11mm x 12.5mm x 5.45mm (under-tab terminations) dimensions. TCH polymer capacitors can operate from 22μF to 330μF capacitance range with ±20% capacitance tolerance. Typical applications include aerospace, defense, power supplies, and pulse power.
