Bourns Sulfur-resistant, AEC-Q200 compliant, high power thick film chip resistors

The new model CMP series anti-surge resistor has high rated power (up to 1.5 watts), superior pulse load capability and high reliability performance. Bourns® model CMP-A series is AEC-Q200 compliant with protection against sulfur growth, which is a rising concern for customers using thick film technology products in challenging environments. The new model CHP-A series sulfur-resistant, AEC-Q200 compliant resistor offers triple-rated power compared to general purpose resistors. The high power-to-size ratio allows space-savings and increased mounting density on the PCB which is very important for high performance mobile devices and for telecommunications applications and home appliances.
