Bourns TBU High-Speed Protectors are MOSFET-based circuit protection devices designed to limit current during short circuits, power cross events, induction, and lightning surges. These devices transition from normal operation to a protected state within 1µs, creating a barrier that prevents excessive current from reaching downstream electronics. Designed for reliability, these protectors operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and maintain low capacitance suitable for sensitive interfaces. Applications include general electronics, voice line cards, and process control equipment.
