KEMET X7R Dielectric SMD MLCCs
KEMET X7R Dielectric Surface Mount (SMD) Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors MLCCs exhibit a predictable change in capacitance with respect to time and voltage. The X7R dielectric SMD MLCCs have a DC voltage rating range from 6.3VDC to 250VDC and offer a minimal change in capacitance with reference to ambient temperatures. These X7R dielectric capacitors operate from -55°C to +125°C temperature range and have capacitance tolerances of ±5%, ±10%, and ±20%. The X7R dielectric SMD MLCCs are suitable for a variety of applications, including bypass, decoupling, filtering, and transient voltage suppression.
