Kingbright Low Current SMD-LED in 0603 Package

Kingbright offers 2mA Low-current LEDs in 0603 package with limited voltage. The 0603 package has thickness of 0,75 mm. The following part numbers are available: KPT-1608LVSECK-J3-PRV (= 625 nm hyper red), KPT-1608LVSECK-J4-PRV (= 605 nm orange), KPT-1608LVSYCK-J3-PRV (= 590 nm yellow), KPT-1608LVZGCK (= 525 nm green) and KPT-1608LVVBC-D (= 470 nm blue). These parts have high brightness, low power consumption and a wide viewing angle. The parts have Moisture Sensitivity Level 3 and they are RoHS complaint.
