KOA's UR73(V)-series covers the 10mΩ - 100mΩ range with T.C.R. combinations down to 75ppm that has so far been dominated by metal plate resistor solutions. The UR73(V) offers a cost-efficient approach for current sensing in the power range from 0.125 to 1 Watt. The UR73 family of shunt resistors is available in sizes from 0402 to 2512 in the standard version, and in 0805 and 1206 in the AEC-Q200 automotive qualified UR73V version. Standard mounting or face-down (D-version) construction types are available. The D-version parts reduce the temperature coefficient on the lower resistance values by the shortest current path through the terminals to the element. These devices are are designed for current detection in automotive, power supplies, motor control and industrial automation applications.
